Welcome to the personal training and yoga area of my website.
I am currently available for personal training and yoga instruction in North Yorkshire. I cover a few different areas so please get in touch to find out more!
Personal training sessions take place in the comfort of your own home or outdoors and are made specific to what your goals are, whether this is fat loss, improved fitness, toning up etc. As part of my personal training service I offer nutritional advice, helping you compliment your training with healthy eating, and I can also provide a workout plan to keep you going in between our sessions.
I also offer Hatha yoga which works on the physical practice and breathing techniques to help develop strength, balance, flexibility and much more. Both yoga and personal training sessions can be done on a one to one basis or in small groups depending on what you would prefer.
