Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start with exercise, with so many types of training and every new gadget claiming it will whip you into shape with the press of a button!

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix, instead what I offer are manageable exercises to help you achieve your goals whether it be weight loss, generally toning or improvising your overall fitness

This site has been designed so you can pick the exercises routines which best match your goals, I have given you step by step instructions as well as videos instructions so we can do the exercises together.

I love the granola and banana pancakes, the chicken goujons are a firm family favourite and the coconut and date power balls are a fab post work out snack. I believe that being fit and healthy should fit in with your everyday life and should be for everyone, that is why I have put together my books, so that everyone can have access to healthy recipes and effective workouts.

The meals are all designed to nourish your body but leave you feeling satisfied and energised. Whilst the fitness training should be achievable when trying to lead a busy life, you won’t need fancy equipment or loads of time, just a water bottle and towel!!
